EU AI Act Risk Classifierknow your tier, and the Articles behind it

The EU AI Act is in force and phasing in — the prohibitions have applied since February 2025. Describe an AI use case in plain language, or upload a spec or policy, and this tool classifies it under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689: the risk tier, the precise Articles and Annexes that apply, the obligations triggered, and the gaps to close. Built by DxH Consulting in Belgium.

Plain text or a PDF (spec, policy, DPIA)

    Method

    01

    Four-tier classification

Prohibited, High-risk, Limited risk or Minimal risk — decided against Article 5, Article 6, Annex III and Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.

    02

    The exact Articles to read

Every conclusion is pinned to a precise citation — e.g. Annex III point 4(a) or Article 5(1)(h) — so you know exactly where to look, not just the verdict.

    03

    Obligations & gaps, dated

The provider/deployer duties triggered, their application dates, and the missing information you still need to close — in a report you can share.

    How it works

    1. 01Describe the AI system in plain language, or upload a PDF spec, policy or DPIA.
    2. 02If anything decisive is unclear, the tool asks targeted follow-up questions — as many rounds as it needs.
    3. 03It classifies the use case and cites the exact Articles and Annexes of the Act behind the verdict.
    4. 04Get the triggered obligations with their dates, the open gaps, and a branded PDF — or book a call to walk through it.
